§ 320.046. GRANTS.

Official statutory text

The board may accept grants and gratuities in any form and from any source approved by the board and the commissioners court, including the government of the United States, this state, a public or private corporation, or any other person, for the benefit of one or more parks administered by the board or for the use of the board with respect to one or more of those parks.
