§ 344.209. APPLICATIONS FOR PROGRAM FUNDING.

Official statutory text

(a) An officer of the municipality that created the district or the head of a department of that municipality may, with the consent of the governing body of the municipality, apply to the board for funding of a program described by Section 344.151.

(b) The officer must apply under this section not later than the 140th day before the date the fiscal year begins, unless the board by rule has adopted an exception.

(c) The board by rule may adopt application procedures.
