§ 375.091. GENERAL POWERS OF DISTRICT.

A district has the rights, powers, privileges, authority, and functions conferred by the general law of this state applicable to conservation and reclamation districts created under Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution, including those conferred by Chapter 54, Water Code.
