§ 375.162. GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES; ASSESSMENTS.

Official statutory text

Payment of assessments by municipalities, counties, other political subdivisions, and organizations exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3), Internal Revenue Code of 1986, shall be established by contract. Municipalities, counties, and other political subdivisions may contract with the district under terms and conditions those entities consider advisable to provide for the payment of assessments.
