§ 43.07515. REGULATION OF FIREWORKS UNDER STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT LAW.

(a) A municipality may not regulate under Section 43.0751 the sale, use, storage, or transportation of fireworks outside of the municipality's boundaries.
