§ 504.203. REQUIRED AGREEMENT WITH CORRESPONDING TAXING UNIT.

A Type A corporation that enters into an agreement under Section 504.202 shall enter into an agreement with a corresponding taxing unit to recover the amount paid by the corporation to a taxing unit as provided by Section 504.202(d).
