§ 1101.6561. SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM.

The commission may suspend or revoke the approval to offer a program or course of study issued under Subchapter G or take any other disciplinary action authorized by this chapter if the provider of an educational program or course of study violates this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter.
