§ 1103.522. WAITING PERIOD.

Official statutory text

A person whose certificate or license has been revoked, a person who has surrendered a certificate or license issued by the board, or a person whose application for a certificate or license has been denied after a hearing under Section 1103.508 may not apply to the board for a certificate or license until the second anniversary of the date of revocation, surrender, or denial.
