§ 152.0041. RESTRICTION ON USE OF INFORMATION.

A board member who is a physician or a physician acting as an agent of the board, including a member of an expert physician panel appointed under Section 154.056(e), may not use information to which the person has access solely by virtue of the person's position as a member or agent of the board for the benefit of the person's practice or for the benefit of another physician or person affiliated with the physician.
