§ 152.007. PER DIEM.
Official statutory text
(a) Each board member is entitled to receive a per diem as set by legislative appropriation for each day that the member engages in the business of the board.
(b) If the General Appropriations Act does not prescribe the amount of the per diem, the per diem consists of actual expenses for meals, lodging, and transportation, plus $100.
