§ 1603.353. EMPLOYMENT OF LICENSE HOLDER.
Official statutory text
(a) A licensed school may not employ a person holding a license issued under Subchapter E-1 solely to perform the practices of barbering or cosmetology for which the person is licensed.
(b) A person holding a license for an establishment may not employ or lease to a person to practice barbering or cosmetology at the establishment unless the person holds a license issued under Subchapter E-1.
