§ 162.002. LIMITATION ON PHYSICIAN FEES.
Official statutory text
A physician who provides professional medical services for a health organization certified under Section 162.001(c) shall provide those services free of charge, or at a reduced fee commensurate with the patient's ability to pay, in compliance with 42 U.S.C. Section 254b or 254c.
