§ 162.152. ASSOCIATIONS.

Each provision of this subchapter that applies to a health care entity also applies to an association that represents federally qualified health centers. For purposes of this section, "federally qualified health center" has the meaning assigned by 42 U.S.C. Section 1396d(l)(2)(B), as amended.
