§ 201.209. INFORMATION ON STATUS OF CERTAIN INVESTIGATIONS.

The board shall include in the annual financial report required by Section 2101.011, Government Code, information on all investigations conducted by the board with the cooperation and assistance of the Texas Department of Insurance and the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission during the preceding fiscal year.
