§ 454.202. APPLICATION.

Official statutory text

(a) An applicant for an occupational therapist license or an occupational therapy assistant license must submit to the board a written application on a form provided by the board, showing to the satisfaction of the board that the applicant meets the requirements of Section 454.203.

(b) The board shall approve applicants for licenses at least once each year at reasonable times and places designated by the board.
