§ 501.602. RULES ADOPTED UNDER COMPACT.

The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission established under the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact under Section 501.601 may not adopt rules that alter the requirements or scope of practice of a license issued under this chapter. Any rule adopted by the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission that purports to alter the requirements or scope of practice of a license issued under this chapter is not enforceable.
