§ 504.202. NOTICE OF LICENSE EXPIRATION AND REQUIREMENTS TO RENEW.

Official statutory text

Not later than the 31st day before the expiration date of a person's license, the department shall send to the license holder at the license holder's last known address according to department records written notice of:

(1) the impending license expiration;

(2) the amount of the renewal fee; and

(3) any continuing education required to renew the license.
