§ 604.174. HEALTH CARE ENTITY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.

Official statutory text

On the written request of a health care entity, the advisory board shall provide to the entity:

(1) information about a complaint filed against a person that was resolved after investigation by:

(A) a disciplinary order of the advisory board; or

(B) an agreed settlement; and

(2) the basis of and current status of any complaint that has been referred by the executive director of the medical board for enforcement action.
