§ 801.2052. DISMISSAL OF BASELESS OR UNFOUNDED COMPLAINT.

(a) If the board determines at any time that an allegation or complaint submitted by a person is baseless, unfounded, or does not fall within the board's regulatory jurisdiction, the board shall dismiss the complaint.
