§ 11.034. GAME, FISH, AND WATER SAFETY ACCOUNT EXPENDITURES.

All expenditures of the department from the game, fish, and water safety account must be approved by the director. The comptroller shall draw a warrant on the state treasury from the game, fish, and water safety account for the amount of the expenditure in favor of the person claiming the expenditure.
