§ 13.012. ROADSIDE PARKS.
Official statutory text
An area under the control of the department which is more suitable for use as a roadside park than any other type of park may be transferred to the Texas Department of Transportation for roadside park purposes if the land meets the specifications of the Texas Department of Transportation.
