§ 43.551. PERMIT FOR THE TAKING OF BROOD STOCK BY COMMERCIAL AQUACULTURE FACILITIES.

The department may issue a permit to an operator of a commercial aquaculture facility as defined by Section 134.001, Agriculture Code, that authorizes the operator to take a specified quantity of fish brood stock from specified public water.
