§ 47.075. LICENSE FEE.

The fee for a commercial finfish fisherman's license issued under this subchapter is $300 or an amount set by the commission, whichever amount is more. All fees generated by the issuance of a license under this subchapter are to be sent to the comptroller for deposit to the credit of the game, fish, and water safety account subject to Section 47.081(d).
