§ 61.204. BIGHORN SHEEP COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS.

The department may enter into cooperative agreements with landowners for the purpose of restoring, protecting, and managing bighorn sheep. A cooperative agreement may provide that any person holding a valid bighorn sheep hunting permit may hunt on land owned by the landowner and covered by the cooperative agreement.
