§ 1001.359. CHARGE FOR OCCUPANCY OR USE OF HOSPITAL FACILITY.

The governing body and the board shall establish and collect charges for the occupancy or use of a hospital facility and for related services in the amounts and manner determined by the board. The charges shall be set and collected in amounts at least sufficient with any other pledged resources to:
(1) pay the principal of, interest on, and any other amounts required in relation to the bonds issued by the district; and
(2) to the extent required by the bond ordinance, pay all or any part of the operation, maintenance, and other expenses of the hospital facility.
