§ 1002.110. PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS.

With respect to the construction of public works, the district has all of the powers and duties conferred on a municipality under Chapter 2269, Government Code, with respect to the construction of a facility. To the extent of any conflict, this section prevails over any other law relating to the construction of public works engaged in by the district.
