§ 1005.065. RETIREMENT BENEFITS.
Official statutory text
The board may provide retirement benefits for employees of the district and hospital system by:
(1) establishing or administering a retirement program; or
(2) participating in:
(A) the Texas County and District Retirement System; or
(B) another statewide retirement system in which the district is eligible to participate.
