§ 1007.113. PAYMENT FOR TREATMENT; PROCEDURE.

(a) A person who resides in the district is entitled to receive necessary medical and hospital care regardless of whether the person has the ability to pay for the care.
(b) The board by rule shall adopt a procedure for determining:
(1) the ability of a patient to pay for the patient's medical and hospital care; and
(2) the amount each patient is required to pay.
