§ 1010.109. GIFTS AND ENDOWMENTS.

The board may accept for the district a gift or endowment to be held in trust and administered by the board for the purposes and under the directions, limitations, or other provisions prescribed in writing by the donor that are not inconsistent, in the board's opinion, with the proper management and objectives of the district.
