§ 141.002. COMMISSION MEMBER FOR THIS STATE.

The governor shall appoint the comptroller to represent this state on the Multistate Tax Commission created by Article VI of the compact. The comptroller may designate a principal deputy or assistant as an alternate representative on the commission.
