§ 201.711. PURCHASE OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES FOR CERTAIN DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES RESPONDING TO EMERGENCIES OR DISASTERS.

The department, using appropriated funds, may purchase food and beverages for a department employee who is:
(1) providing services in response to an emergency situation, an incident that endangers the health or safety of a person, or a disaster; and
(2) unable to leave or required to remain at the employee's assignment area due to the emergency situation, incident, or disaster.
