§ 222.052. LOCAL CONTRIBUTIONS.

Official statutory text

(a) The governing body of a political subdivision of this state may contribute funds to be spent by the commission in the development and construction of the public roads and state highway system within the political subdivision.

(b) The commission may accept a contribution made under Subsection (a).

(c) In this section, "political subdivision" includes a county or a political subdivision of a county.
