§ 255.006. COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OF VALUE.

The commissioners court shall pay the owner of the property from which an obstruction is removed by the court or required by the court to be removed under this chapter an amount sufficient to cover the loss of value, if any, of the obstruction incurred by the owner because of the removal.
