§ 257.116. ORDERS TO ISSUE BONDS AND LEVY TAX.

If in a bond election held under this subchapter two-thirds of the votes received in each county or portion of a county included in the road district favor issuing the bonds, the commissioners court of each county or portion of a county, as soon after the declaration of the result of the election as practicable, shall pass the orders necessary to issue the bonds and impose taxes to pay the bonds.
