§ 286.069. DAMAGES AND COSTS.

(a) A jury of freeholders shall assess any damage to a property owner under this subchapter in the manner provided for other public roads.

(b) The county shall pay all costs of a proceeding to open a public road if the commissioners court of the county grants the application.
