§ 311.035. LEASE OF LAND UNDER FREEWAY.

(a) A governmental agency that holds the title and property rights to land on which a freeway is located may lease for parking purposes the part of the land beneath an elevated section of the freeway.
(b) Revenue from the parking lease shall be used only for general governmental purposes.
