§ 315.041. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID.

Official statutory text

(a) On approval and adoption of plans and specifications by the governing body of a municipality, the municipal secretary or other officer designated by the governing body shall advertise for sealed bids for installing the lighting improvements according to the specifications.

(b) The advertisement shall be published in a daily newspaper of general circulation in the municipality and shall state the time within which bids may be received.
