§ 315.045. CONTRACTS.
Official statutory text
(a) After the governing body of a municipality has accepted a bid for lighting improvements, the municipality shall contract with a contractor whose bid has been accepted.
(b) A contract shall be:
(1) executed by the municipality's chief executive; and
(2) attested with the corporate seal by the municipal secretary or other officer designated by the governing body.
