§ 317.152. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE TAX REFUNDING BONDS.

(a) The governing body of a municipality by ordinance may issue tax bonds under this chapter to refund outstanding original or refunding bonds issued by the municipality under this chapter and the accrued interest on those bonds.
(b) Refunding bonds issued under this section may be issued to refund tax bonds of more than one series or issue.
