§ 367.008. PLEDGE OF REVENUE.
Official statutory text
A municipality may pledge to the payment of bonds issued under this subchapter, including the principal of, interest on, and any other amount required or permitted to be paid in connection with the bonds, all or any part of its revenue, income, or receipts from:
(1) a toll or charge authorized by Section 367.011; or
(2) another resource.
