§ 431.063. PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES AND SYSTEMS.

A corporation may work directly with property owners, local and state governmental agencies, and elected officials to support an activity required to promote and develop a transportation facility or system.
