§ 441.031. NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION ELECTION.

(a) Not later than the 36th day before the date of the confirmation election, the temporary directors shall publish notice of the election once in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the proposed district.
(b) The notice must state:
(1) the date and places for holding the election;
(2) the proposition to be voted on; and
(3) the candidates for director.
