§ 441.032. BALLOT FOR CONFIRMATION ELECTION.

Official statutory text

(a) To have a person's name printed on the ballot as a candidate for director, the person must file a petition with the temporary directors not later than the 31st day before the date of the election.

(b) The ballot for the election shall be printed to provide for voting for or against the creation of the district and include the names of the persons who have filed as candidates for director.

(c) A voter is entitled to vote for five candidates for director.
