§ 452.1095. EXEMPTION FROM OTHER CONTRACTING LAW FOR CERTAIN AUTHORITIES.

(a) Chapter 2269, Government Code, does not apply to an authority consisting of one subregion governed by a subregional board created under Subchapter O.
(b) An authority to which this section applies may adopt design-build procedures that do not materially conflict with Subchapter H, Chapter 2269, Government Code.
