Official statutory text

A hearing on an experimental service change as described by Section 452.116 to remain in effect for more than 180 days may be held before or during the experimental service change period and satisfies the requirement for a public hearing if the hearing notice required by Section 452.118 states that the experiment may become permanent at the end of the period.
