§ 452.203. WAIVER OF FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS.

If, before implementing Section 452.202, the Texas Department of Human Services determines that a waiver or authorization from a federal agency is necessary for implementation, the Texas Department of Human Services shall request the waiver or authorization, and the department and an authority may delay implementing Section 452.202 until the waiver or authorization is granted.
