§ 452.353. BOND TERMS.
Official statutory text
(a) An authority's bonds are fully negotiable. An authority may make the bonds redeemable before maturity at the price and subject to the terms and conditions that are provided in the authority's resolution authorizing the bonds.
(b) A revenue bond indenture may limit a power of the authority provided by Section 452.052, 452.054, 452.055(a), (b), or (c), 452.056(a) or (b), 452.057, 452.058, 452.059, 452.060, 452.061(a), (b), (d), or 452.062, as long as the bonds issued under the indenture are outstanding.
