§ 452.523. MEMBERSHIP TERMS; VACANCIES.

Official statutory text

(a) Each member of the executive committee serves a term of two years except the initial terms of two members are for one year. The subsequent terms are staggered.

(b) A vacancy on the committee may be filled by appointment of the governing body of the contiguous municipality.
