§ 521.2424. COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES.
Official statutory text
A court may not grant an occupational driver's license for the operation of a commercial motor vehicle to which Chapter 522 applies. This section does not prevent a person who has been issued a commercial driver's license from obtaining an occupational driver's license for the operation of a noncommercial motor vehicle.
