§ 522.091. RECOGNITION OF ACTION TAKEN BY OTHER STATE.

(a) The department shall give an out-of-state conviction, disqualification, or denial full faith and credit and treat it for sanctioning purposes under this chapter as if it occurred in this state.

(b) The department may include the conviction, disqualification, or denial on the person's driving record.
